Thank you for your interest in Wisconsin International School. WIS seeks families who are motivated to involve themselves in challenging academic curriculum and who are eager to contribute to a close-knit school community.
The materials required for consideration for admission to Wisconsin International School can be found on this website. An application is required for each student applying to WIS. A non-refundable fee of $25 is due with each application. Please read your admissions forms carefully.
Please use the following checklist to help guide you through the admission process:
1) Application Form (PDF Document)
Submit form and fee of $25 payable to Wisconsin International School.
2) Teacher Recommendation (PDF Documents)
Jr.-K - 1st or
2nd - 8th grades
Give the confidential recommendation form to your child’s teacher. All information will be kept confidential. By signing the form, you accept the confidentiality agreement. Please choose the form with the grade your child will be entering in the 2008-2009 school year.
3) Transcript Release Form (PDF Document)
This form authorizes your child’s current school to release records to Wisconsin International School. Please fill out, sign the form and give it to your child’s current school. It will be sent directly back to us and kept confidential.
