How to Apply to WIS

Procedures for Admission

We are pleased that you are interested in applying to Wisconsin International School. To be considered for admission, all applicants must complete the following forms.

1. Application for Admission and Fee:

An application for admission is required for each student. Applications are accepted throughout the year. A non-refundable fee of $35 for Preschool-grade 8 is due with each child's application form.

2. Teacher Recommendations Forms:

Please sign this form and provide to your child's current teacher. Please have the teacher complete the form and return directly to WIS.

3. Transcript Release Request

Please sign this form and provide it to your child's current school. The school administrator should sign the form and return, with the appropriate records, to WIS.
