Financial Aid

WIS has an active financial aid program to support the goal of maintaining a diverse student body. Approximately one-third of students receive financial aid. Grants based on financial need are awarded to students whose families cannot otherwise afford tuition and fees. Grant amounts vary depending on the need of the family, although all families pay some portion of tuition and fees.

Financial need is not taken into account when applicants are being considered for admission. WIS intends to offer aid to every accepted student who demonstrates financial need. However, because financial considerations are not a factor in admissions, it is possible for the financial need of newly admitted students to exceed the limits of the School's resources. In such instances, financial aid may not be available for all admitted students who qualify for assistance.

The financial information that parents submit is kept strictly confidential.

If requesting financial aid, instructions are sent to families who have submitted an admissions enrollment form. The instructions provide more detail on the Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) process and Personal Financial Statement (PFS) forms. For more information, visit www.nais.org/financialaid/sss. Parents are encouraged to direct all financial aid inquiries to the financial aid committee at email info@wisinternationalschool.com or telephone 920-606-0999.

Financial Aid

A WIS education is an investment in your child’s future. It is also a financial commitment. Wisconsin
International School will designate funds to aid families whose incomes would otherwise prevent them from enrolling their children at WIS.

Our goal is to provide assistance to qualified students who would not be able to attend for financial reasons. The school is committed to enrolling a socio-economically diverse population.

All children who are admitted to WIS are accepted on the basis of academic qualifications and who, in the school’s judgment, are able to make contributions to the school community, regardless of financial need.

Financial assistance is available for tuition, field trips, lunch, extended day coverage and extra-curricular activities.
