I received two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse - Physical Education and School Health Education.
My Teaching Philosophy:
As a teacher, I try to create a learning environment where students take risks and challenge themselves to learn and participate in activities that will keep them physically, mentally, and socially healthy as they age.

Hobbies: I like to do anything active especially when the weather is nice outside. I also enjoy doing crafty things.
Time of the Year: My favorite time of the year is when the seasons change. It is exciting to see all the things changing to something new!
Strangest favorite food: Dipping crispy pizza in applesauce is pretty good, but the pizza has to be crispy otherwise it just isn’t the same!!

Dream Vacation: I am not sure there is on specific place I would like to travel. However, I would want to travel all over the world. There are so many fascinating things to see and learn about. Whether it is some of nature’s beauties, or historical landmarks. I believe that the world is filled with so many different treasures and opportunities to learn about different cultures.
An interesting tidbit about you: My dog, Shiloh, is an American Water Spaniel. This breed is the state dog of Wisconsin!
